When and where do you usually deliver?
We deliver in all parts of India. The delivery period may depend on the location. However, we guarantee a pan India delivery of the products within1-7days.
What if I am not present at the given address at the time of delivery?
You do not have to worry about missing the order. Our delivery executives are out for delivery only after prior notice. Incase of unavailability, you can postpone/reschedule the delivery.
Incase you miss the delivery due to some some unforeseen reasons, the delivery will be rescheduled.
When the contract ends, what happens to the pickup?
3 days prior the contract ends, our executive will confirm the pick-up with you. On confirmation, our executive will collect the equipments from the given address. The time of the pick-up will be mutually decided by GetItRent and the customer.
Cancellations / Modification

What is the procedure for cancelling an existing order ?
Incase you change your mind and decide to cancel the placed order. You need to simply fill a cancellation form, the link to which will be shared with you on the mail. Your response will be recorded through the google form and your order will be cancelled.
Can I return a few items or the entire order if I do not like the items at the time of delivery ?
Yes! You can return any part of the order if you are not content with the product. We strive to serve you the best, yet in case of dissatisfaction we will happily take back the equipments delivered to you.
Can I modify the tenure of my contract after placing the order?
Yes! You can easily modify the tenure of the contract even after placing the order. You can simply get in touch with our team member you have been coordinating with and they will get it fixed for you.
Return And RefundWe don’t want to put you through the trouble of refunds and returns. Thus, let’s answer your queries beforehand.
Can I return items at the time of delivery?
Yes! On the arrival of the products, if you are not content with the quality or any other aspect of the product, it will be replaced.
How would I get my refundable deposit back?
The refund will be transferred in your account within 7 working days from the completion of your contract.
